Active Warrant Search in Bristol County, Massachusetts
Bristol County warrants are considered public pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law (Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 66). Police departments and courts may, nonethless, withhold active warrants under the investigatory exemption provided in Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 4, § 7(26)(f).
To find active warrants in person or through a database, the subject's name, date of birth, and case/docket number may be required.
